We are currently looking for Full time/Part time FRENCH speaking Customer service representative and FRENCH speaking Customer service representative to join our racing online streaming team.
As a Customer Service Rep for one of the world’s premier brands, you will represent the world’s most prestigious sports competition and most exciting products, so you need to be very charismatic and help people. Last but not least, you should be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service!
The overall responsibility will be to receive Inbound calls, handle chats and e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Description
Deals directly with customers by answering to the tickets: chat/emails/ calls
Responds promptly to customer inquiries and complaints and resolves them accordingly;
Processes orders, forms, applications and requests;
Meets the Quality and Productivity standards;
Records details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken.
Qualifications
Excellent language skills C1 level is preferable – French & English;
Experience working in the customer service field is not mandatory, but highly recommended;
Positive attitude, charismatic, highly empathetic;
Good command of computer skills;
Flexibility/ availability to work during the weekends – is a MUST.
